the origin of the logo:

The morning after my 44th birthday, I burned my right index finger on the molten handle of a moka pot.

After removing the layer of melted plastic from my finger, I was left with a mark that looked like a swan to me.

Sensitivity guided by a symbol burned into the flesh.
